With over 12 years in the real estate industry, David Fernandez has acquired experience in multiple facets of the business, allowing him to masterfully balance the art of sale with providing exceptional service for each individual client.

As a true real estate entrepreneur, David's resume exemplifies a natural progression of accomplishment in the trade. His earliest experience was with hands-on construction as a foreman. He was promoted to superintendent, and soon after held the broad responsibilities as project manager. After earning a degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Nathan spent two years as a top product specialist for the NY branch of Tesla Motors. Nathan also owns and operates two successful gas stations & convenience stores in northeast Texas.
